CHARRED TENDERSTEM WITH CHILLI, CRISPY BACON AND TOASTED PEANUTS

Toss 400 g Tenderstem broccoli in olive oil, place in a dry pan over a high heat to chargrill, weighting
Broc01down with another pan to ensure even charring. Add 2 T soya sauce to the pan, toss to coat, then remove from the heat. Scatter with chopped crispy bacon, chilli and toasted peanuts. Serve warm. Serves 4
