1. MOCHA CHOCOLATE SAUCE
We know chocolate tastes better when you add coffee into the mix! This is a really versatile and easy sauce that you can use over ice cream, drizzled over pancakes or waffles, and even in iced coffee.

2.White chocolate-and-mocha millionaire’s shortbread
This is my version of a favourite South African treat. Cut it into small squares to make it last longer. I love the white chocolate and-coffee combo, but you can use dark chocolate if you prefer.

4. Coffee pecan nut pie
Dark chocolate drops and bitter coffee give good old pecan pie a whole new flavour profile. Freezing the crust means it doesn’t need to be blind-baked as it won't rise. This also works with milk crusts.

5. Coffee loaf
This cake is good without the cream, but next-level with it for something special. Use it to ice the cake or spread it onto slices as I do. The cake can be frozen for up to a month, wrapped in clingwrap. Defrost overnight in the fridge.

6. Coffee-and-Chuckles éclair
This is traditionally called a Paris Brest, which is essentially a chocolate éclair made into a cake. Choux pastry is probably the easiest pastry to make and is even better if you make it the day before. Spoon into a piping bag and seal so that no skin is formed. Chill until needed.
