- 1/2 - 1 cup cream
- sea salt, to taste
Method
Ingredients1. Cover the surface of a pan in cream, then break the eggs into the pan and season. Put the heat on to medium low and bring to a simmer, don’t move the eggs around the pan leave to cook in the cream until set. Carefully remove from the pan to serve.
