Method- 4 fresh dragon fruit
- 2 cups ice
Method
IngredientsHalve each fruit and scoop out the flesh.
Place in a blender, along with the ice and 1 T water, and blend.
Pour into chilled glasses and serve.
Cook’s note: A great way to up your daily fruit intake, this shake is equally good made with banana, watermelon, mango or any other soft-fleshed seasonal fruit.
