Ingredients
Method- 1 chopped onion
- 1 T olive oil
- 1 T red wine vinegar
- 4 smashed anchovies
- 12 olives
- 1 head cauliflower
Method
IngredientsFry a chopped onion in olive oil until brown and caramelised.
Add red wine vinegar, smashed anchovies and pitted and halved olives and stir-fry with cauliflower florets for 10 minutes.
Season to taste and serve warm.
