Ingredients
Method- 4 slices fruited soda bread
- 2 T rose water
- 100 g dark chocolate, melted
- icing sugar, to dust
- roses or rose petals, washed, to garnish
Method
IngredientsDrizzle the bread with rose water and toast. Spread 2 slices of toast with chocolate and top with the other slices.
Dust with icing sugar. Decorate with roses dipped in the melted chocolate or rose petals scattered on top.
Cook’s tip: Rose water can be found at delis and selected supermarkets (the rose water sold at pharmacies is not suitable for cooking).
