1. Harissa chicken
Heat 1 T olive oil in a casserole dish over medium-high heat. Brown 900 g chicken drumsticks and thighs until golden all over. Pour over Creamy Harissa & Olive oil cook-in sauce and reduce the heat. Allow to simmer with the lid on for about 30-40 minutes, or until cooked through. (Serves 6-8)
2. Patatas bravas
For a flavourful side, make patatas bravas with the new Brava sauce from Woolworths: Heat 1 T olive oil in a cast iron pan. Fry 4 large potatoes (cut into cubed) until golden and tender. Remove from the pan and pour the brava sauce in; heat until it bubbles. Transfer the sauce to a serving dish and top with the golden potato cubes. Season and serve.
3. Herbed couscous salad
Combine 100 g pearl (or giant) couscous, cooked according to the package instructions, with 2 ripe tomatoes (diced), 1 Mediterranean cucumber (diced), the juice and zest of 1 lemon, and 5 g each chopped mint and Italian parsley. Stir through 2 T Woolworths Zhough paste and ¼ preserved lemon, chopped. Season, and stir through 2 T olive oil. Enjoy!
