Method
Invert a 6.4 x 15.3 cm bowl and spread cream cheese on the outside. Stick Woolworths original Angus beef biltong droëwors to the cream cheese – don't worry about the cream cheese peeking through. If you like, stir Woolworths biltong powder through the cream cheese for more flavour!
Place handfuls of Woolworths original sliced beef biltong in the centre.
Place more Woolworths original Angus beef biltong droëwors around the sides of the bowl and add Woolworths chilli beef sliced biltong to the centre.
Top the sliced beef biltong with Woolworths original beef biltong crisps.
Cover any areas where the cream cheese is still visible with Woolworths original free-range beef droëwors nibbles and Woolworths beef biltong snapsticks.
Add finishing touches to the biltong cake with fresh herbs and add more biltong if you desire.
