5 minutes1. Blend the blue cheese and cream to make a soft spread.
2. Slice the fruit cake into 1 cm-thick slices. Spread the cheese onto the cake, add a slice of prosciutto, sandwich with another slice of cake and skewer.
Cook's note: If you've already eaten all the fruit cake, try this with Madeira cake or even banana bread.
