20 minutes 1 Mix the harissa and olive oil, then toss the chicken in the miture, ensuring it’s well coated. Thread the chicken, bay leaves and onions onto wooden kebab sticks.
2 Place in a lined air-fryer basket and cook for 20 minutes at 180°C.
3 Serve with the pickled onions.
