Asian beef and red cabbage noodle salad

Ingredients

Method
  • 400 g Woolworths' ready to cook Pad Thai noodles
  • 200 g beef fillet
  • 4 T olive oil
  • 1 small red cabbage
  • 2 T soya sauce
  • 1 t fish sauce
  • 1 T oyster sauce
  • 3 cloves crushed garlic
  • 1 5cm piece ginger, finely chopped
  • 4 red chillies, finely sliced
  • 2 T sesame oil

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Prepare the Ready to Cook Pad Thai Noodles according to package instructions.

Rub the beef fillet with olive oil and season.

Seal in a hot pan. Finish in the oven for 30 minutes, or until cooked to your liking.

Finely slice the red cabbage.

Mix soya sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, crushed garlic, ginger and chillies.

Heat sesame oil and sauté the cabbage, then add the sauce. Mix the cabbage and noodles.

Slice the fillet and serve on top of the noodles.
