Ingredients

Method
  • 2 tots Amaretto 
  • 1 tot Woolworths ClemenGold non-alcoholic mocktail concentrate
  • 1 tot fresh lemon juice
  • ½ t free-range egg white (optional) 
  • Woolworths natural spring water ice cubes  
  • ClemenGold peel, to garnish

1. Place the Amaretto, ClemenGold concentrate, lemon juice and egg white (if using) in a shaker without ice and shake hard for 10–15 seconds to aerate and build foam.

2. Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well chilled.

3. Double-strain into a prepared glass to remove ice shards and achieve a silky texture.

4. Garnish with a twist of ClemenGold peel.
