Ingredients
Method- 200 g sugar
- 65 ml water
- 250 g Roydon Camembert
- 200 g De Leeuwen blue cheese
- 500 g litchis
Method
Ingredients1. Place the sugar and water in a saucepan over a medium heat and stir until dissolved.
2. Once the sugar is golden brown in colour, pour it onto a sheet of non-stick baking paper and allow to set.
3. Break off shards of caramel and blend until coarse.
4. Place the Camembert on a platter and top with the blue cheese. Scatter over the caramel. Serve with the litchis and star-shaped blue cheese cut-outs.
