Greek pasta salad-filled pita breads

Ingredients

Method
  • 1 packet pita breads
  • 1 packet ready Greek pasta salad
  • 1 baby cos lettuce, leaves separated and washed
  • 1 packet pitted fresh olives with garlic and herbs
  • 4 iced coffees

Heat pita breads in oven until warm, remove and slice open on the side.
Place a lettuce leaf in the palm of your hand and top with pasta salad.
Close with another leaf and place into the cavity of the bread.
Serve with olives and iced coffee on the side
Cook's note: You can buy read-made Greek salad at Woolworths or, to make one at home: Combine tomato, cucumber, green pepper and red onion. Crumble over  feta and dot with black olives. Drizzle over vinegar and olive oil and season to taste.
