Method
- 1 apple, peeled, cored and chopped
- 2 tablespoons fruit mince
- 1 sheet phyllo pastry, divided into four
- Melted butter
- Icing sugar
Method
Ingredients
Preheat the oven to 190°C.
Combine apple and fruit mince. Brush phyllo sheets with melted butter. Spoon some fruit mixture onto the bottom of each sheet.
Roll up and tie the ends loosely with cotton string, making a Christmas cracker shape. Bake until golden brown.
Remove and cool down.
Remove string and replace with red ribbon. Dust with icing sugar.
