Ingredients
Method- Woolworths Plant Love mushroom-and-soya Wellington
- 1 whole butternut
- 2 T olive oil
- 35 g Woolworths spiced pumpkin seed sprinkle
- 100 g Woolworths Botham\'s Cremezola Blue Cheesea
- 10 g sage leaves
Method
Ingredients1. Roast Wellington according to package instructions.
2. Halve the butternut and slice into half moons. Drizzle with oil and roast in the oven for 30 minutes. Add the sage leaves in the last 5 minutes.
3. Serve warm topped with the Cremazola, pumpkin seeds and sage leaves.
