Chocolate mousse cake

Boil the beans in lightly salted water until they start to soften.
Drain, then drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
Season with white pepper and add the garlic.
Gently toss and allow to cool.
Slice the onions thinly and drizzle the vinegar and sugar on top.
Marinate for 20 minutes, then rinse under cold water and pat dry with a clean cloth.
Place the onions on a plate, add the beans and top with the mozzarella slices. Serve with warm, crusty bread.
