Asian braised brisket

1. Drain the tofu and cut into cubes or thick rectangles.
2. Combine the soya sauce, coconut cream and sambal oelek together in a bowl. Pour over the tofu and allow to marinade.
3. Skewer the marinated tofu and grill or panfry. Alternatively, bake in the oven or airfryer.
4. Serve with Woolworths Peanut and chilli salsa, lime pickled baby cucumber, a dusting of sesame and fresh mint.
