There's nothing like a good old sugar cone filled with a soft scoop of ice cream on a hot summer day. Adults and kids alike cannot resist this creamy chilled dessert. 1. Loaded berry float

Ice cream floats remind us of birthday parties at a popular South African steak and burger chain. A vibrant green fizzy drink was topped with generous scoops of vanilla ice cream and we all watched in awe as the staff sang Happy Birthday to us as the sparklers twinkled atop the drink. This is an elevated berry version of the ice cream float using Woolworths real dairy strawberries and cream ice cream and berry sauce. Top it with sparkling non-alcoholic cranberry Cosmo and you're set!

2. Popcorn caramel ice cream

Sunday roast wasn't complete without dessert served in mom's (or grandma's) best dessert bowls. These vintage bowls and glasses tinted in retro mustards and browns were always filled with healthy scoops of ice cream, custard and stewed fruit.
