  • 500 g Woolworths frozen mashed potatoes
  • 1½–2 cups milk
  • 200 g mozzarella, grated
  • 150 g Gruyère, grated
  • white pepper, to taste
  • nutmeg, to taste

1 Place the frozen mashed potato and milk in a saucepan over a medium heat. Allow to slowly heat, stirring occasionally.

2 Once the mash and milk are combined, gradually add the cheese, stirring, until all the cheese has been added and has melted. The mixture should be smooth. Season to taste with pepper and nutmeg.
