Biltong-stuffed potato croquettes

Complete the salad with cooked pasta, juicy tomatoes, creamy bocconcini and a zingy pesto to bring everything together. 1. Drizzle the broccoli with olive oil and season to taste.
2. Braai over medium to low coals for 5 minutes, or until lightly charred.
3. Mix the pasta, tomatoes and bocconcini and spoon onto a platter.
4. Top with the broccoli, then drizzle over the pesto and toss to coat.
5. Scatter with pumpkin seeds and fresh basil and serve.
