- 1 kg ripe cherries, stoned
- 200 g sugar
- 2 t lemon zest
- ¼ cup lemon juice

Ingredients
1. Place all the ingredients in a saucepan and simmer for 25 minutes.
2. Strain and pour into sterilised bottles, then cool and seal. The cordial will keep in the fridge for 2 weeks.
