Quick enchiladas
Brown 500 g mince, then toss with 1 x 400 g jar Woolies’ hot chunky Mexican salsa. Add to wraps with a dollop of cream cheese, then roll up, top with Woolies’ cheese sauce and bake for 15 minutes.
Tagliatelle bolognese
Brown 500 g mince, then add 380 g Woolies’ tomato-and-olive pasta sauce. Heat through and serve on al dente tagliatelle with Parmesan shavings and fresh basil.

Fry 500 g mince with 1 T each fresh chilli, garlic, ginger and lemongrass. Toss with bean sprouts and Woolies stir-fry sauce to taste. Add shredded spring onion, black sesame seeds and coriander, then top with a fried egg and avo.

Brown 250 g mince, then add 310 g drained kidney beans and 400 g Woolies’ tomato salsa. Heat through, then pile onto nacho chips. Garnish with sliced red onion and feta.
