Brace yourselves, braai season is upon us
Spring is around the corner, which means we’re dusting out the braai, hitting up mates and firing the coals. We’re serving lamb ribs and beef shortribs complete with all the trimmings.

It’s finally braai season! We can’t wait to dig into fire-grilled Woolworths beef shortribs and fully deboned free-range lamb ribs. Inspired by weekend braais made for feasting, these new products will help you make the most of longer days and warmer weather. All the hard work has been done for you – fire up the coals, cook and enjoy!
Prepare the lamb ribs and beef shortrib according to package instructions. Cook 300 g maize meal according to package instructions. Heat 1 can tomato-and-onion braai relish in a pan on the side of the braai. Grill 1 bag of green beans on the braai and toss with 1 bag Woolworths ruby slaw and 3 T olive oil, 2 T red wine vinegar, 1 T honey and salt to taste. Serve the lamb ribs with grilled avocado topped with basil or red pepper pesto, and serve the beef shortrib with pap and braai relish.
