Cheat’s watermelon-and-strawberry sorbet

This is the ultimate dessert to make this Valentine’s Day. It’s quick and fresh and the perfect ending to a romantic meal

Serves 4
EASY
Preparation: 10 minutes, plus 1 hour’s freezing time

VALENTINE'S DAY SORBET

frozen strawberries 400 g, chopped
watermelon 200 g, chopped
icing sugar 3 T
lemon 1, juiced

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Add more sugar or lemon juice according to your taste. Pour into a bowl and freeze, scraping with a fork every 20 minutes, until it’s frozen but still scoopable.
