A decadent rosé-themed Valentine’s feast

Everything’s rosy with this rosé-themed Valentine’s menu. Quick to prepare, delicious to share.

For starters: pink skewers
Thread cubes of watermelon, baby radish and slices of Woolworths Chevin Goat’s MilkCheese onto a skewer. Scatter with pomegranate rubies, spice with fresh black pepper, and drizzle with olive oil.

For mains: DIY salmon tacos

Cube 300g Norwegian salmon and pan fry until golden. Fill oven-baked taco shells with micro greens, exotic tomatoes, strawberries, chillies, salmon and pickled pink onion petals. Serve with avocado and sour cream on the side.

For dessert: pink s’mores
Top Woolworths Peanut Butter Cookies with our Valentine’s Day Pink Sprinkle Marshmallows and Cutie Pies. Microwave for 30 seconds until all gooey and delicious. Caramelise with a blowtorch. Top with another peanut butter cookie to serve, enjoy!
