1. Mix 2 finely chopped cloves garlic with 3 T olive oil and brush onto 4 slices ciabatta.
2. Toast until golden brown on both sides. Mix 1 cup good-quality mayonnaise, 1 clove garlic, grated, and a squeeze of lemon juice with 300 g roughly chopped Woolworths peeled-and-cooked prawns.
3. Top the garlic bread with salad leaves and the prawn mixture. Season to taste with black pepper before serving.
