Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Cut a small butternut into 2cm discs, drizzle with olive oil and season with a good pinch of sea salt flakes.
Roast for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
Change the oven setting to grill. Wrap Woolworths wood-smoked streaky bacon around each disc of butternut and grill for 5 minutes or until golden brown on each side. Serve with fresh origanum.
