Prep Time 5 minutes, plus overnight resting time

Ingredients

2 T Salty Dog sake
4 t house vermouth
1 t fresh lime juice
Lemon verbena, to garnish

For the Salty Dog sake, mix:

3 ¼ cups sake
1½ cups sugar syrup
50 g seaweed
1 large piece naartjie or orange peel

Method

To make the Salty Dog sake, combine all the ingredients in a vac bag and allow to rest overnight at room temperature.

Combine all the ingredients in a shaker and shake with blocked ice. Double strain into a ceramic cup over a large clear block of ice. Garnish with lemon verbena.
