Easy drop doughnuts

1. Whisk together the wet ingredients, then add the dry ingredients and incorporate to make a smooth batter.
2. Heat the oil in a saucepan. Using your fingertips or a spoon, drop spoonfuls of dough into the oil and fry until golden brown. Drain on kitchen paper. Toss in the cinnamon sugar while still warm.
3. To make the chocolate sauce, heat the milk, then pour over the chocolate drops. Stir until melted and smooth. Serve the doughnuts with the sauce and berries.
