1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cook the pork cheek casserole and heat the seven grain medley according to package instructions.
2. Sauté the carrots in the butter until just tender, then add the honey, season with salt, and cook until caramelised.
3. Char the onions cut-side down in a dry pan until blackened, then transfer to the oven and roast until just soft.
4. Serve the casserole with the grain medley, honey-glazed carrots, and charred onion.
