Ingredients
Method- 120 ml apple juice For the apple bush tea, mix:
- 100 g rooibos tea leaves
- 100 g puffed rice
- 3 - 4 star anise
- 1 T dried lemon zest
- 1 t dried strawberries
- 25 g red apples, chopped
- cornflowers, to colour
Method
IngredientsHeat the apple juice to 80°C in a saucepan. Pour over the apple bush tea and serve.
