Ingredients
Method- 350 g Vergani Black Cherry Panettone
- 2 T butter
- 6 slices Woolworths ready-to-eat smoked gammon
- 200 g Woolworths oak smoked Stanford, thinly sliced or grated
- 3 T cherry jam
- 50 g cherries
Method
Ingredients1. Slice the panettone into slices.
2. Heat the Weber with the flat-top attachment. Once hot, add 1T butter and panettone slices and grill until golden. Add the rest of the butter and flip the panettone. Top with gammon slices and Oak Smoked Stanford. Turn the heat down and close the lid until the cheese has melted and bubbling.
3. Add the cherry jam, and fresh cherries and serve.
Cook's note: Dust with icing sugar if you’re feeling extra sweet.
