  • 400 g good-quality white chocolate
  • 1 cup cream
  • Pomegranate rubies

Ingredients

Melt good-quality white chocolate, then set aside to cool.

Using a hand-held beater, beat in cream, until fluffy.

Pour into a bowl and chill until set.

Serve with pomegranate rubies.
