  • 1 baguette
  • 1 Woolworths sweet onion, thinly sliced
  • 250 g Cheddar cheese, grated
  • olive oil, for drizzling
  • Maldon sea salt, to taste

Method

Ingredients

1. Salt the sliced onion and set aside to soften.

2. Slice the baguette in half, lengthwise, top with the grated cheese and onions, and drizzle with olive oil.

3. Place baguette halves in the air-fryer at 180°C for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden. Serve.
