Ingredients
Method- 2 green mangoes, sliced julienne
- ½ English cucumber, sliced julienne
- ½ red onion, sliced julienne
- 3 t olive oil
- 2 T fresh coriander, roughly chopped
- 65 ml Greek yoghurt
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Method
IngredientsCombine the mango, cucumber, onion, olive oil and coriander in a large mixing bowl.
Arrange on a serving plate, dress with the yoghurt and season.
