Cream cheese with sweet chilli sauce dip

This absurdly easy cream cheese and sweet chilli dip was all the rage in South Africa (and Australia and the UK) around 2008. It’s sweet, rich and very filling. Serve with sturdy crackers – chips lack the structural integrity to slice into the cream cheese.
Ingredients
Method- 250 g Woolworths cream cheese
- 1⁄3 cup sweet chilli sauce
- coriander, for serving
- crackers, for serving
Method
Ingredients1. Place the cream cheese in a bowl and spread with the back of a spoon.
2. Drizzle the sweet chilli sauce over the cream cheese. Top with picked coriander.
3. Serve with crackers of your choice.
