Ingredients
Method- 1 kg Woolworths frozen sweetcorn kernels
- 2 cups cream
- 1 T salt
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- crispy fried bacon, to serve
Method
Ingredients1. Defrost frozen corn. Bring cream to the boil with salt and minced garlic. Infuse for 10 minutes.
2. Pour over the corn in a baking dish. Bake at 180°C until bubbly and golden. Top with crispy fried bacon.
