Ingredients

Method
  • 1 head radicchio
  • 200 g strawberries, sliced into rounds
  • 100 g Gorgonzola cheese, broken into large pieces
  • 50 g dark chocolate, such as Lindt 70%, roughly chopped
  • For the dressing

  • 3 T honey
  • 3 T olive oil
  • 1 T red wine vinegar

Method

Ingredients

Arrange the radicchio leaves, strawberries, Gorgonzola and chocolate on a serving platter.

Mix the ingredients for the dressing together and microwave for 1 minute, stir and drizzle over the salad.
