Droëwors rounds platter

15 minutesA simple but impressive platter that pairs droëwors rounds with creamy cheese, crunchy vegetables, roasted nuts and ready-made dips. Perfect for effortless entertaining.
Ingredients
Method
- 200 g Woolworths droëwors rounds
- 1 Woolworths goat’s medium-fat Camembert
- 1 pack Woolworths dip of your choice (such as hummus, roasted red pepper hummus or tzatziki)
- 150 g Woolworths roasted and salted luxury nuts
- 6 radishes, quartered
- 6 long spring onions, trimmed
- crackers, for serving
Method
Ingredients
Place the Camembert in the centre of a large serving board. Arrange the droëwors rounds, dips, nuts, radishes and spring onions around the cheese. Add the crackers and serve immediately.
Cook’s note: Add fresh fruit such as figs, grapes or pears to balance the savoury flavours.
