Ingredients

Method
  • 200 g Woolworths droëwors rounds  
  • 1 Woolworths goat’s medium-fat Camembert 
  • 1 pack Woolworths dip of your choice (such as hummus, roasted red pepper hummus or tzatziki) 
  • 150 g Woolworths roasted and salted luxury nuts 
  • 6 radishes, quartered 
  • 6 long spring onions, trimmed 
  • crackers, for serving 

Place the Camembert in the centre of a large serving board. Arrange the droëwors rounds, dips, nuts, radishes and spring onions around the cheese. Add the crackers and serve immediately.

Cook’s note: Add fresh fruit such as figs, grapes or pears to balance the savoury flavours.
