Duck curry

Partially deboned whole free-range duck is cooked in a rich, fragrant curry until tender. With the hard work done, all you have to do is follow the package instructions and serve with fluffy rice, toasted flatbreads and a spicy sambal.
Ingredients
Method- 1 kg Woolworths free-range confit duck curry
- 2 naan
- 100 g baby brinjal, roasted
- ½ cucumber, diced
- ½ red onion, diced
- 1 tomato, diced
- plain yoghurt, for serving
- Woolworths petite herb leaf salad, to garnish
Method
Ingredients1. Prepare Woolworths' free-range confit duck curry according to package instructions.
2. Toast naan and serve with roasted baby brinjals and a side of cucumber, red onion and tomato.
3. Top with a dollop of yoghurt and microherbs.
