Method- 6 gelatine leaves
- 2 cups berry juice
- 2 shots cassis
- 2 handfuls berries
Method
IngredientsSoften gelatine leaves in cool water for 5 minutes, then dissolve in berry juice, along with shots cassis and handfuls fresh or frozen summer berries.
Pour into a large bowl and chill to set. Serve with berry-marbled whipped cream.
