  • 6 gelatine leaves
  • 2 cups berry juice
  • 2 shots cassis
  • 2 handfuls berries

Cooking Instructions

Soften gelatine leaves in cool water for 5 minutes, then dissolve in berry juice, along with shots cassis and handfuls fresh or frozen summer berries.
Pour into a large bowl and chill to set. Serve with berry-marbled whipped cream.
