Fruity punch
Not all cocktails need to contain alcohol. This punch is perfect for hosting a small crowd. Mix and match your favourite citrus or seasonal fruit and top with Woolworths' sparkling flavoured drinks. Now you don't have to spend the entire event refilling your guests' glasses, this punch has it all sorted.
Ingredients
Method-
For the berry ice cubes:
- 50 g raspberries
- 50 g blackberries
- 10 g edible flowers
- ⅓ cup water For the citrus ice cubes:
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 lime, sliced
- ½ grapefruit, sliced
- ½ orange, sliced
- ⅓ cup Woolworths 100% ruby grapefruit fruit juice blend For the ClemenGold® ice cubes:
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 lime, sliced
- ½ grapefruit, sliced
- 1 ClemenGold® mandarin, sliced
- ⅓ Woolworths ClemenGold® sparkling flavoured drink For the punch:
- 2 cups Woolworths soda water
- 275 ml bottle Woolworths ClemenGold® sparkling flavoured drink
- 275 ml bottle Woolworths litchi sparkling flavoured drink
- 275 ml bottle Woolworths peach sparkling flavoured drink
- fresh fruit of choice (grapefruit, orange, lemon, berries), sliced
- handful mint leaves
- 2 t Woolworths ginger and lemongrass flavoured syrup, for serving
Method
Ingredients
1. To make the berry, citrus and ClemenGold® ice cubes, fill ice cube trays with fruit or edible flowers. Top up with water, grapefruit juice or Woolworths ClemenGold® sparkling flavoured drink.
2. To make the punch, pour the soda water and the Woolworths sparkling flavoured drinks into a large jug, and top with fresh fruit such as sliced grapefruit, sliced orange, sliced lemon, sliced lime and raspberries. Add the mint leaves and stir well.
3. Serve the punch with various flavoured ice cubes and the ginger and lemongrass syrup.
