    Apple-and-cinnamon oats mini muffins

  • 2 x 150 g tubs Wooliesbabes frozen oats with coconut milk & cinnamon brekkie cubes
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 T bicarbonate of soda
  • 10 g Granny Smith apples, sliced, plus extra for serving
  • Mixed berry oats mini muffins

  • 2 x 150 g tub Wooliesbabes fresh oats & mixed berries brekkie
  • 1 T olive oil
  • 150 g flour
  • 1 T bicarbonate of soda
  • 30 g blueberries, plus extra for serving

Apple-and-cinnamon oats mini muffins

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and spray 6 mini cupcake holders with nonstick cooking spray.

2. Mix the baby food and olive oil, then slowly mix in the dry ingredients until smooth.

3. Spoon 3 T mixture into each cupcake holder, then top with the sliced apples.

4. Bake for 20–25 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean.

5. Serve with extra apples.

Mixed berry oats mini muffins

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C and spray 6 cupcake holders with nonstick cooking spray.
