Ingredients
Method- 4 x 125 ml tubs vanilla goat’s-milk yoghurt
- thyme leaves or fresh berries, for serving For the smoothies:
- fresh fruit, such as raspberries or strawberries
- 4 x 125 ml tubs strawberry goat’s-milk yoghurt
Method
IngredientsScoop the yoghurts onto 4 x 10cm x 10cm pieces of wet cheesecloth.
Bring together the ends of each piece and tie tightly with string to make a small ball.
Hang the balls in the refrigerator overnight, placing a container underneath them to catch the liquid that drips.
The following day, remove the balls, open and serve the cheese with a few thyme leaves for breakfast or as a dessert with fresh berries.
To make the smoothies: Blend the fresh fruit and yoghurts. Divide among four glasses and serve cold as a breakfast drink or anytime treat. For an extra-refreshing drink, add a few blocks of ice.
