Grana Padano charcuterie nachos

This charcuterie-inspired take on nachos swaps the usual toppings for ribbons of Serrano ham and generous shavings of Grana Padano. Garnished with olives, marinated cherry tomatoes and caperberries, this dish a savoury, salty showstopper made for entertaining.
Ingredients

- 250 g Woolworths salted nacho chips
- 70 g Woolworths Serrano ham
- 70 g Grana Padano, finely grated
- 50 g Woolworths Italian olive collection, drained
- 50 g Woolworths roasted cherry tomatoes, drained, plus 1 T marinating liquid
- 50 g caperberries, drained
- 3 T Woolworths Extremely Creamy mayonnaise
- 1 T Woolworths ‘nduja paste
- 1 lemon, juiced (optional)
Method
Ingredients
- Layer the nacho chips, ham and Grana Padano, repeating the layers 2–3 time times, finishing with a generous layer of cheese.
- Garnish with the olives, cherry tomatoes and caperberries.
- Mix the mayonnaise, ‘nduja paste and lemon juice, if using. Dollop onto the nachos before serving or serve alongside as a dip.
