Green queen miso dressing

5 minutesYou won’t believe how much punch this dressing adds to the simplest of greens. Expect herby, umami richness, that’s just perfect, drizzled over spinach leaves or spicy rocket. Or serve over any salad you prefer for a side that will be the talk of the dinner table!
Ingredients

- 30 g Italian parsley
- 15 g coriander
- 20 g rocket
- 11 Woolworths pitted queen or Manzanilla olives
- 1 T anchovies
- 3 T Miso Tasty Sweet And Savoury Miso Glaze
- ½ cup olive oil
- 1 lime, zested and juiced
- 2 T sherry vinegar
- ½ cup water
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Method
Ingredients
1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Season to taste.
2. Serve over your favourite salad leaves.
