Ingredients
Method- 1 L full-cream milk (use a plant-based milk for a vegan drink)
- 100 g smooth peanut butter
- 1 T cornflour
- sugar or honey, to taste
Method
Ingredients1. Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil, allowing the mixture to thicken until it coats the back of the spoon. If the cornflour forms lumps, transfer the mixture to a blender, blend, and strain through a sieve.
2. Serve warm (not hot) or pour over crushed ice for a chilled version.
