Ingredients
Method- 2 red onions, quartered
- 5 cloves garlic, bruised
- 4 Woolworths Kara orange sweet potatoes, cut into chunks
- 2 baby cabbages, quartered
- 5 T olive oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 fresh bay leaves
- 400 g pack Woolworths smoked Kassler chops
- 4 T Woolworths 11-in-1 spice mix
- Juice of 1 lemon
Method
Ingredients1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
2 Arrange the prepared vegetables and garlic in an oven-proof dish. Drizzle with half the olive oil and season well with salt and pepper. Add the fresh bay leaves.
3. Use the remaining olive oil to coat the chops. Sprinkle the chops with the spice mix and season with a little salt. Place the chops on top of the prepared vegetables.
4. Place the tray bake into the oven for 15–20 minutes, or until all the vegetables are soft and the chops are nicely browned.
5. Remove from the oven and drizzle over the lemon juice before serving.
